Mayor Anna-Kaisa Ikonen (National Coalition Party) has a PhD in social sciences. She became the mayor four years ago after working as the Permanent Secretary of Henna Virkkunen, Minister of Public Administration and Local Government, at the Ministry of Finance. Ikonen has served as a councillor of the City of Tampere since 2009. From 2009 to 2011 she was Deputy Mayor, responsible for services for the elderly and services for health and fitness. As Mayor, she leads the City Board and its planning meeting.

Katri Harra-Salonen has worked as a CDO of Finnair since March 2016. She joined Finnair from Umbrella Strategic Advisory Oy, which was founded by her, and where she as a CEO helped customers to harness digitalisation and build new business. Since 1999 shw has been digitalizing Finnish and European companies in reitail, finance and telecom industry. In addition to her focus on growth, the second great theme in Katri’s career has been internationalisation, which led her in the 2000s to Stockholm to build Satama's functions for the Scandinavian market. After returning to Finland in 2012, she established UMB (Umbrella Strategic Advisory Oy), which consults and supports customers in building future business operations and making the most of digitalisation. Harra-Salonen is also a member of the Board of Directors of Veho.

Florian Wolf

Florian Wolf graduated in Technical Informatics at TU Berlin in 2009. He ran a Start-Up between 2004-2009 with focus on Software Services for Advertising Agencies/Publishers and consulted Multichannel Commerce during 2009-2011 at Namics in southern Germany. In 2011 he became a Department Manager of IT at GRAVIS. After a merger of GRAVIS into freenet Group in 2013 he started as a Head of IT Customer & Commerce Systems within mobilcom-debitel.
